What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label.

How do I know which size to order?

Each product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.

Medisave is committed to ethical fashion. Over 70% of our current collection is made from organic cotton, recycled polyester, or sustainable linen.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, the order will have moved to our fulfillment center and cannot be changed.
