At Medisave, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Medisave account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our returns portal and fix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
